Nicole Graganella is a Governmental Consultant in Colodny Fass’ Tallahassee Lobbying and Governmental Consulting practice group. She has been with the Firm since February 2010.
She works with the Florida Legislature and various regulators to advocate for Colodny Fass clients. Her policy area experience includes insurance, environmental issues, municipal services, community redevelopment, a variety of appropriation issues and fundraising. She has created strong relationships with legislators and legislative staff alike.
Ms. Graganella spent several years as a Legislative Analyst upon completing her Bachelors Degree in both Political Science and Sociology from Florida State University. She earned her Masters of Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
She has spent six years working in Florida’s legislative process, which has included work on a number of special sessions, elections and the highly publicized Florida reapportionment. She also works with clients and the Firm’s governmental consulting team to strategize on campaigns and various fundraising efforts.
Ms. Graganella is also involved in planning and execution of the annual Florida Insurance Summit, a three-day conference co-hosted by Colodny Fass with its clients, Guy Carpenter and the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America. The 2016 Summit included the inaugural “Legacy of Leadership Awards Dinner,” which was organized and executed by Ms. Graganella to honor Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty. The Summit drew attendance by nearly 800 insurance industry members, C-suite insurance executives from around the world, Florida and other legislators and national regulators.
